Developer WBGames skips bug-fixes, moves on to DLC, causes riot.

Batman: Arkham Origins is a title that is plagued with various game-breaking bugs and other small issues on the PC. Regardless, WBGames has made it clear that they have no interest in fixing the product that made them money in the first place, they just want to focus on what makes them more, DLC (additional content that is purchased separately and made downloadable).

Mercury - Community Manager
Hi all,

The team is currently working hard on the upcoming story DLC and there currently are no plans for releasing another patch to address the issues that have been reported on the forums.

If we do move forward with creating a new patch, it will try to address the progression blocking bugs for players, not the minor glitches that do not prevent one from continuing to play. The issues that are not progression blockers will unfortunately no longer be addressed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for some of you, and want to thank you for having been patient.

As you can imagine, fans of the title were none to happy to see their beloved title ignored in hopes that the company can make some quick money.

If the community manager can feel the backlash that is spreading across the internet, he'll bite his tongue and change their tune real-quick. This a stance that could greatly impact future sales of WBGames, PC gamers are like elephants, we don't forget.
